1.Kintic energy

is the work necessary to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to the indicated speed. Once this energy is obtained during acceleration, the body maintains its kinetic energy unless it changes its velocity.

2.Potential energy

is the capacity that a body has to perform a job according to the configuration that holds in the system of bodies that exert forces with each other, that is, the potential energy is the energy that is able to generate a job as a consequence of the position of a body.

3.thermal energy

is the manifestation of energy in the form of heat. In all materials the atoms that form their molecules are in continuous movement, either moving or vibrating.

16. much discussion has focused on the need to drive more efficient cars and use less electricity.
